I worked on a large abstract painting today, but it needs to dry before I finish it, so I did a little sketch.
The sketch was created using FW Artists Ink which appears like shiny bubbles in images until it dries completely. When the line drawing had set for a couple of minutes I added ordinary drugstore alcohol to dilute and move the wetter ink around. The effect is like willow pattern or delft porcelain.
A fun little piece.

As a special gift to fellow artists I am allowing you to post on my blog during the 30 in 30 Challenge. I'm using the same type of system as Leslie Saeta, so if you're participating it will be easy.
