Magnolia, Herald of Spring



I think I’ve missed the beautiful Star Magnolia this spring, but yesterday I managed to catch these luscious saucer sized pink Magnolia. They always say SPRING to me in capital letters. This is the third spring I’ve lived in this complex but the first time I’ve seen these trees in bloom. They are near my garage studio, which is almost warm enough to work in now. I spent a happy hour tinkering in there at midday.
