Progression of painting
This third painting explores the effect of under-painting with Liquitex Prism Violet on the final work, image photography and atmosphere. One thing I note here is that the correct colour of the under-painting is shown in the first photo. It became increasingly difficult to get an accurate photo with this colour as a base, it also has a tendency to darken a lot as it dries.
