From time to time I share good ideas for fund raisers. This one looks like so much fun and something you may want to copy in your local area.
I recently visited the Penticton Art Gallery in a tour group and I was so impressed by the energy and vision of Paul ... the Gallery Manager, that I immediately submitted three of my best paintings for their Under 500 Christmas Show. The event below runs as one of the openings for the exhibition.
November 13th and November 14th. Come enjoy wines from the Naramata Bench and handcrafted beer from Cannery Brewing. Every guest will receive a handmade bowl from the Penticton and Summerland Potters' Guild and will be able to sample delicious soups, bread and desserts from local chefs.
Tickets are selling fast! You can buy them in person at the gallery or over the phone:
$40 for members/$45 for non-members.
