SAGES

Day 7

30 in 30 Challenge

At this time of year we are all a little wiser. We relax, unwind and reboot. We cut back, take time for family, review the past and choose the future. We become our own Sage.

When I first saw them I was fascinated by these flowers; to me they looked like dancing ladies with frilly dresses. However, when I started to paint they took on the look of learned Sages. This herb is called "Purple Sage" so I didn't have too far to go for a title. Take a moment to contemplate these little people. Do they make you smile? They certainly do me.

  1. Thank you Julie. It's a bit of a departure in colour but thats what 30 in 30 is all about.

  3. Thank you Lavon. I wouldn't wait too long to post your work. It's a popular challenge with lots of hits every day. If I were you I would go ahead and post each day on 30/30 and when you fix your blog load all the ones you've missed on the first day of your blog. You don't have to link to the blog until you get it fixed, you leave it blank or use another link to whatever web presence you have. Are you part of my GET YOUR ART OUT THERE group on Facebook. It's proving really useful and you can post a portfolio under photos which would help if you don't have a website :) TTYL
